Hand-wash in cold water with mild laundry detergent (free and clear is safest!).
For very stubborn spots, you can use a soft toothbrush to very gently brush it out with water and soap mixture.

I got the bubble tea harness and leash and it is so cute. My pom is 6lbs and wearing Small tho all that floof I might of needed Medium. He wasn't used to walking with the leash hooked at the front but the hook at the back is great.
