WAREHOUSE HOLIDAY CLOSURE NOTICE:
We're currently on our holiday break! Our warehouse is closed until Dec. 19. Orders will begin shipping in the order that they are placed from Dec. 19 onwards!
Canada Shipments: We are still shipping to the majority of Canadian addresses! We're utilizing other carriers for delivery other than Canada Post, so the majority of orders will be delivered in normal anticipated timeframes. We're unable to ship to PO Boxes in Canada, and possibly some rural addresses if Canada Post is the only carrier to service your region.
All USA bound shipments are NOT affected by the strike.

Our order processing time generally takes 1 - 3 business days. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday from Langley, BC, Canada. Estimated delivery times do not include weekends, statutory holidays, customs/postal delays, or our order processing time.
Please note once an order is processed, we're unable to change any details, such as the shipping address, payment information and order details. Please ensure all of your information is correct before placing an order. If you made an error, please email us as soon as possible at hello@korriko.com (we will be unable to make changes if the order has begun fulfillment).

- International live shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
- We offer Canada Post, Asendia, APC Logistics, and PostNL as standard shipping options depending on the destination.
- We always provide tracking when available - some destinations may only provide partial tracking or no tracking - or if Canada Post Small Packet International Air is selected, no tracking is provided.
- Germany and Italy orders: We have noticed several of our shipments to Germany and Italy being taken into customs for review which can take several weeks for them to release the package. Please note that this is out of our control.
International Customs
- Customs, import tax, duties, and other charges are not included in the shipping rates. We are unable to mark shipments as "gift" per customs laws.
- It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for any customs & import fees upon arrival/receipt
- Korriko Pet Supply is not responsible for any issues or delays that may occur at customs upon entering your country
- If your package is delayed at customs for an extended period of time, please contact your local customs office with your tracking number on hand for an update
- There may be the possibility of customs holding your package until import duties and fees are paid for by the receiver
Shipping Terms & Conditions
Korriko Pet Supply cannot be held liable for lost packages or any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by postal carriers or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including, but not limited to, any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us or porch pirates.
If porch pirates are an issue in your area, consider an alternate delivery address where you will be available to receive the package, or your local post office if they allow shipments to be held for pick up. If an item has been successfully delivered with proof of delivery, we aren't able to cover any theft that occurs after delivery.
Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address, as once an order is processed, we are unable to change the address. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund if we are provided with an incorrect delivery address.
