SHIPPING POLICY

Our order processing time generally takes 1 to 3 business days. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday from Langley, BC, Canada. We do our best to drop orders off for shipping within 24 hours of the order being received. Estimated delivery times do not include weekends, statutory holidays, customs/postal delays, or our order processing time.

Please note that once an order is processed, we are unable to change any details surrounding the purchase, such as the shipping address, payment information and order details. Please ensure all of your information is correct before placing an order. If you made an error, please email us as soon as possible at hello@korriko.com (we will try our best, but it's not guaranteed that we will be able to make any changes).

USA Orders

• Orders of $75 USD + enjoy free standard shipping!
• USA Standard Shipping: $5.95 USD
• Insurance is available for an extra $2 USD. Packages shipped without insurance will not be replaced in the event of a stolen/lost package, as packages shipped without insurance have no ability to open a claim.
• Standard transit times vary between 3-13 business days (approx.) depending on the delivery address. Shipments to rural addresses, or Alaska/US Territories can also require extra transit time.
• Packages are couriered to the USA and shipped via USPS or UPS

Canada Orders

• Orders of $99 CAD + (before taxes) enjoy free standard shipping!
• British Columbia:
• Flat Rate Standard Shipping: $6.95 CAD (2-4 Business Days Approx.)
• Alberta:
• Flat Rate Standard Shipping: $6.95 CAD (3-8 Business Days Approx.)
• Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec:
• Flat Rate Standard Shipping: $6.95 CAD (4-12 Business Days Approx.)
• Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Prince Edward Island, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon:
• Flat Rate Standard Shipping: $10.95 CAD (4-12 Business Days Approx.)
• Canada Post live rates will also be available at checkout based on your cart
• Insurance is available for an extra $2 CAD. Packages shipped without insurance will not be replaced in the event of a stolen/lost package, as packages shipped without insurance have no ability to open a claim with the carrier.
• Shipments to rural addresses or NL/Canadian Territories can require extra transit time above the approximate delivery windows listed above. 
• Chit Chats shipping options are shipped with our partner, Chit Chats - there may be less updates initially, but delivery confirmation will still occur. They may courier the packages to a closer province's Canada Post office near the destination address for final delivery. You may notice that the scan into the Canada Post tracking doesn't occur until closer to the delivery date.

International Orders (Worldwide)

• International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. 
• We offer Canada Post, USPS, and Asendia/APC Logistics (to select International destinations) as standard shipping options. 
• Canada Post: Please note Small Packet International Air does not include tracking. All other Canada Post shipping options include tracking. Most options offer standard transit times between 6-10 business days.
• Asendia/APC Logistics standard transit times vary between 15-45 business days (approx.) depending on the delivery address - we have noticed it is around 3 weeks - 2 months on average, but this does vary depending on the destination address, destination country's customs procedures, or possible carrier delays that are out of our control
• We always provide tracking when available - some destinations may only provide partial tracking or no tracking - or if Canada Post Small Packet International Air is selected, no tracking is provided.
• Customs, import tax, duties, and other charges are NOT included in the shipping price
• It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for any customs & import fees upon arrival/receipt. We are unable to mark any shipments as a "gift". 
• If you notice that your package has been in customs for an extended period of time on your tracking, please contact your local customs office for an update as they may require information from you to release the package. In order to avoid shipments being returned to us, please contact them if you have not heard from them.
• Germany and Italy orders: We have noticed several of our shipments to Germany and Italy being taken into customs for review which can take several weeks for them to release the package. Please note that this is out of our control. 

International Customs

• Customs, import tax, duties, and other charges are not included in the shipping rates
• It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for any customs & import fees upon arrival/receipt
• Korriko Pet Supply is not responsible for any issues or delays that may occur at customs upon entering your country
• If your package is delayed at customs for an extended period of time, please contact your local customs office with your tracking number on hand for an update
• There may be the possibility of customs holding your package until import duties and fees are paid for by the receiver
• Please consult your local customs office for more information on duties and taxes

Shipping Terms & Conditions

Korriko Pet Supply cannot be held liable for lost packages or any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by postal carriers or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including, but not limited to, any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us. 

Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address, as once an order is processed, we are unable to change the address. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund if we are provided with an incorrect delivery address.
